CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR IN A SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT L'OREAL
The project IS focused on L'Oréal and how it can adopt "Authentic Automation" in its customer interactions.
In the project, I analyzed the consumer trend "Authentic Automation" using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to understand how brands can integrate automation without losing human connection. I identified key strategies for balancing automated and personalized interactions, aligning brand actions with consumer expectations, and maintaining brand loyalty through thoughtful use of technology.

I interned at a company called "Design Wing", in Hyderabad, India. During my time there I helped create promotional campaigns for e-commerce and social media, which boosted website traffic and brand awareness. I also worked on creating visual content for e-commerce platforms to increase customer engagement and conversions. I founded Soap Heartedly, a small-scale beauty business in Hyderabad, India, specializing in handmade skincare products.
