In the project, I analyzed the consumer trend "Authentic Automation" using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to understand how brands can integrate automation without losing human connection. I identified key strategies for balancing automated and personalized interactions, aligning brand actions with consumer expectations, and maintaining brand loyalty through thoughtful use of technology.

The project IS focused on L'Oréal and how it can adopt "Authentic Automation" in its customer interactions.

At Chemol Technologies, I worked as a Marketing Executive, where I focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to our product lineup. My role involved managing digital campaigns, creating content for promotional materials, and coordinating product launches. In my case study on "The Impact of Climate Change and CSR Initiatives: Zara," I looked at how Zara has been addressing environmental challenges through sustainable practices. I explored their efforts in using eco-friendly materials, reducing carbon emissions, and improving energy efficiency in production. I also highlighted their recycling programs and water conservation initiatives. The goal was to see how these strategies not only help the planet but also strengthen Zara's brand image as a responsible, forward-thinking company in the fashion industry.

I created a digital marketing plan for Louis Vuitton, including a SWOT analysis and marketing objectives. I developed customer personas, mapped the customer journey, and designed a brand strategy. I also proposed SEO, web design, advertising, and influencer marketing strategies.
