Hello there! We are SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT... and we are here to show you a bit of the work we have been developing troughout the semester. As a team, we have the philosophy that one of our most important assets is the critical and curious view over any topic, wich we try to provide, second only to cooperation, wich is embedded in each one of us. Our research is mainly focused on how additive manufacturing, more specificly 3D printing can henance production dynamics in the manufactuting of plastics in Portugal.

Our research shows that embracing additive manufacturing can not only strengthen the compétitiveness of Portugal’s plastic manufacturing sector but also serve as a model of advanced sustainable production in the industry. This tecnology represents a valuable opportunity for progress, and implementing it can position the plastic manufacturing sector as a leader in innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility in Europe.
