Follow the cues of the tabata timer. Draw a card to determine your area of fitness. Choose an activity be clicking on your choice of task On 3, 2, 1 GO! Demonstrate selected task On 3, 2, 1, STOP! Rest, draw a new card and select your task. Continue until the workout is over.
