AEROBIC CAPACITY The body's ability to take in, transport, and use oxygen during vigorous physical activity. FLEXIBILITY The ability to bend and move the joints through the full range of motion. MUSCULAR STRENGTH The maximum amount of force a muscle can produce in a single effort. MUSCULAR ENDURANCE The ability of a muscle to continue to perform without fatigue.

OBJECTIVE
complete 20-second Tabata intervals based on the card that you draw. This workout will allow you to explore the different components of HEALTH-RELATED fitness.

INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the cues of the tabata timer. Draw a card to determine your area of fitness. Choose an activity be clicking on your choice of task On 3, 2, 1 GO! Demonstrate selected task On 3, 2, 1, STOP! Rest, draw a new card and select your task. Continue until the workout is over.
