Note that turning the headphones on does not necessarily mean they're in pairing mode. Ensure they're in pairing mode, usually indicated by alternate red & blue LED flashes. Refer to your device's user manual or Google as needed.

Wifi routers and other devices (like Samsung smart TVs) can affect the pairing process. Try unplugging or moving away from such devices to prevent interference.
