Note that turning the headphones on does not necessarily mean they're in pairing mode. Ensure they're in pairing mode, usually indicated by alternate red & blue LED flashes. Refer to your device's user manual or Google as needed.

Wait 5-10 seconds. When connected, the C81-PC's LED will show the codec in use: Solid blue: Connected with aptX-Adaptive / Low Latency Flashing blue: Connected with aptX-HD, aptX, or SBC

Most connection issues occur because the headphones are connected to another device, like your phone. Turn off Bluetooth on other devices to prevent interference.

If they fail to connect, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Wifi routers and other devices (like Samsung smart TVs) can affect the pairing process. Try unplugging or moving away from such devices to prevent interference.

Press & hold the C81-PC's button for 2 seconds or until the LED flashes white & blue alternately. Then, quickly double-tap the button. The LED will turn solid blue, then resume flashing white & blue.
