What to visit in Genova?

1. Centro storico

The historic center can be visited thanks to routes marked by 4 lines of different colours, for example: red for Palazzi Rolli and blue for Via dei Cavalieri. Another important place to visit is Piazza De Ferrari, the main square of city.

It was built in the Middle Ages together with all the small streets of the historic center. They are known for their particular names (Vico delle Carabraghe etc...)

2. Boccadesse

Boccadesse is a little village on the see, in fact it is a very small island near Genova. You can get there by a small boat.Here a tourist guide tells tourist about the beautiful beach and the reason why Boccadesse is a name of this village. The time for visiting lasts 4 or 5 hours. The best period to visit is in july and august

3.Acquario di Genova

It is a big and famous acquarium in Genova and the most important acquarium in Italy.There are many strange animals and fishes to see, for exemple the Beluga, sharks, dolphins and penguins too. The visiting time lasts 2 hours and thirty minutes. The opening time is from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
