What was the impact of the elections on celebrities? How much influence do they have on them?
- Study conducted by Harvard Kennedy School, especially by Ahsley Spillane
- The impact of celebrity on elections may be the key to motiviting people to go to vote
- Stars are "the best placed located members in society" when it comes to addressing causes of voter apathy
- «Voting should be the coolest and most trendy thing to do»
- Polls shows that sometimes the a celebrity's support can backfire
- They should refrain from giving indications of vote to avoid influencing too much the electorate at the expense of the other candidate.

- Donald Trump's victory over Kamala Harris in the US 2024 presidential election surprised many observers, especially those who followed the Democratic campaign.
- Yet this huge endorsement from Hollywood has not given the expected results.
- Now many of those celebrities are publicly expressing their dismay at the outcome.

She attended a rally in Houston, where she stated that she was there as a mother, not as a celebrity or politician, and she stressed the importance of freedom of choice over one’s own bodies. Despite the victory of Donald Trump, Beyoncé has continued to support Harris and the values that she represents.

Ariana Grande shared her support for those who feel oppressed by this result, promising to hold hands with those facing a difficult moment.

Regarding Taylor Swift she encouraged her fans to vote and shared a message on Instagram explaining why she would vote for Harris before the election. However, after the victory of Donald Trump, Taylor has not yet made any public statements on the result. Some people say that she may be disappointed and she is choosing to privately process her feelings.
