From a young age, Bill Gates showed an interest in computer science and programming.

He attended the prestigious Lakeside School, where he had his first contact with a computer, which marked the beginning of his passion for software.

In 2008, he retired from Microsoft to focus entirely on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which he founded with his wife in 2000. The foundation is dedicated to fighting poverty, improving education and global health.

During his studies, he developed with Paul Allen a BASIC language interpreter for the Altair 8800 computer.

Microsoft revolutionized the computer industry in the 80s and 90s, especially with the launch of Windows in 1985, which made it easier to use a personal computer.

In 1975, he left Harvard to found Microsoft with Paul Allen.

Reasons why you have chosen that person

When I was 12 years old I had my first computer and I began to be interested in computing. Then when I began to like it and I discovered that Bill Gates was the creator of the operating system that I was using and the one that millions of people in the world currently use.
He also created the Xbox console, one of my favorite consoles currently and the only one that offers us backward compatibility with many of his games at 4K or 1080p of older consoles.
