Groupe REPERES

L'ensemble du groupe s'investit, par ailleurs dans une récolte d'informations sur les thèmes proposés pour apporter du contenu aux participants et renforcer les débats. Les contenus proposés – allant d'interviews inédites (auteurs, enseignants chercheurs, élèves, personnels de l'éducation) à une sélection d'articles – sont distillés lors des rencontres afin d'alimenter les réflexions. Il y a trois ans, le groupe REPères a fait son apparition au sein de l'académie de Paris. Ce collectif, partenaire de la Mission Académique pour l'Egalité des Chances a pour objectif de bousculer les codes à partir de jeux de rôles, saynètes, anecdotes, témoignages enregistrés, pour faire réfléchir, favoriser l'échange de pratique, débattre sur des thématiques professionnelles mises en exergue en REP, mais existant dans tous les contextes scolaires. Pour se faire, le groupe organise des espaces et moments de rencontres privilégiés entre les acteurs de l'éducation hors temps scolaire, généralement en soirée.

Le laboratoire Repères

Faire vivre le terrain et l'ensemble de la communauté éducative dans sa diversité en lui donnant la parole. Le vivier actuel de plus d'une soixantaine de personnes est composé d'enseignants, d'élèves, d'étudiants, d'inspecteurs, de chercheurs, de personnels de l'éducation. La richesse des points de vue nous semble indispensable pour faire résonner une pensée aussi bien pratique que théorique.
