1) Define lanugage Acquistion
The process by which young children learn to comprehend and use language is known as language acquisition. It's a natural, fundamental process that starts in early childhood and is impacted by environmental and genetic factors. Important key point: early years, environmental effect, and natural talent.

(0–12 months): It sounds like chattering and babbling. Babies react to noises and start to pick up on simple phrases.
Stage of gesture (12–18 months): Using a single word to stand in for an entire concept ("water" with "I want water"). basic expression and understanding of words.
Stage Two (18–24 months): Two-word sentences are formed ("want snack"). understanding fundamental syntax and expanding one's vocabulary. Asking Questions: *Encourages deeper thinking and more thorough answers. For example, ask, "Can you guys give me some more examples?"
