Analyzing PNOE Resting and Active Metabolic Assessment Reports
RMR
The PNOE team offers an indepth data report on the AMR and RMR Assessments. This mini-course will walkthrough how to approach both report types, analyze data points and how to highlight and communicate to clients:
resources from PNOĒ
- What is it?
- How is it measured?
- Why is it important to your goal?
REPORT PREVIEW
PNOE AMR and RMR Reports are both 19 pages, and extrapolate similar data points. Download and preview each of the sample reports below. We will be walking through each and pulling out the key data points.

How is the AMR and RMR Data Different?
The Active and Resting Metabolic tests both measure similar data points, as they are both metabolic assessments. In that case, why do the RMR and AMR reports have different data points? The body uses different substrates for energy to maintain functioning at rest versus during physical activity.
INTRODUCTION to the reports
RMR Data is focused on understanding your baseline metabolism, which helps in managing weight and optimizing nutrition.

AMR Data is designed to evaluate your fitness level, optimize training intensity, and enhance exercise performance.
OVERVIEW PAGE
The overview page gives us a snapshot into all the data collected by the PNOE from the RMR & AMR. It is the first look into what some of our clients' big rocks might be.

CORE METRICS
INTRODUCTION to the reports
Both PNOE RMR and AMR reports have a 'Core Metrics' page. This gives a visual representation in pyramid form with the most significant metric on the bottom, of the three more impactful metrics for each goal type.

ACTIVE METABOLIC ASSESSMENT
What is it?
INTRODUCTION to the reports
Measures how your body uses energy during physical activity to evaluate exercise efficiency and fitness levels. Use AMR data to:
