This clickable walkthrough will take you through how to work with applicants in Hire Go.
Manage applicants in Hire Go
When you login, you start on the Homepage that shows you relevant items like upcoming interviews or action items for applicants awaiting an update.
Click the Home button to see more menu options.
Back
When you have a new role to hire for, use Openings to activate a new Opening.
Click Openings.
Back
Here you'll see Openings that you have access to with one of the following statuses:- Active – Openings currently accepting applicants.
- Inactive – Openings that are ready to be activated to start hiring.
Search a desired Opening to activate.
Back
To activate a new Opening, click the 3 dots icon next to it.

Click Start hiring.
Back
Next, you'll use the Assistant to create your new Opening. Simply answer the series of questions about your job details, and those will be used to automatically build the Opening for you.

Click Approve And Start Hiring to activate the new Opening.

Head back to Home to view your action items.

Click Review applicants to see action items for specific applicants.

Click on an applicant's name to review their Applicant Profile.

The Applicant Profile shows all the information about the individuals application. Here, you'll see things like action items for you under Review, details from answers they submitted, and any notes left on their profile.
Click to scroll down to view more of the Applicant Profile.
Back
Candidate Score indicates how an applicant performed on the assessment in their applicant. The score they receive determines how they move forward, whether that's being sent to review, or going immediately to an interview with you.
Scroll back up to the top of the Applicant Profile.

After their interview, click Approve to move them forward to the next stage.

Click Review to create their offer.
If you plan to hire an applicant, once they land on the Offer Letter Details stage, you'll input the details that will create their offer letter.

Input the details of the offer letter.

After inputting the offer letter details, once you click Appove, the candidate will immediately receive their offer letter.
Click Approve to send the offer letter.
Back
Nicely done! You approved the applicant for hire and sent them an offer letter.
