Guide: Sending Progress Reports If you have questions about templates, you can email them to kharris@vtvlc.org. Tip: Find additional teacher guides via the link on your Genius dashboard. As we approach the holiday season, please take a moment to check in with your students and gather information about their vacation plans. This will help ensure that we’re all aligned and can account for any time off during the holidays in their learning schedules. Your understanding of their time away will help us better support their progress and planning for the remainder of the semester. Student Support Form: Thank you for ensuring communications are updated in Genius prior to completing the form.

2 Min Tip: Gradebook Review: Genius vs. Canvas Did you know? Genius sends information to Canvas instantly. Canvas sends information to Genius every 4 hours, including grades, pacing, and activity. Before sending communications from Genius regarding grades and pacing, it’s best to wait at least 4 hours to make sure the data from Canvas is synched with Genius. Spring Courses have been deployed!
