The Bishop's Palace Dating from the 11th Century with a major restoration in 1858. At the opposite end from the Cathedral, to which it was once connected, there is a small early 12th Century fortified keep.
Almary Green Home to Norwich School's music department.Situated opposite a small lawn in Cathedral Close, thought to be the site of the pre-Norman Conquest church of St Ethelbert.
The Chapel Norwich School Chapel is used on a daily basis to enhance daily school life. As a consecrated space it is still used for religious ceremonies but also has a very full life as a teaching and learning space.

The Refectory This bustling space is where our amazing catering staff serve delicious food during every school day. Also a versatile venue for events such as dinners, dances and quiz nights.

School End House A 17th-century timber-framed house built against the east end of the school chapel. Formerly a home, the Grade I listed building is now the senior common room for staff.
School House Previously the School's boarding house until 1989, when boarding was phased out. Along with teaching space, it is today the home of the Marketing, Admissions and Exams teams as well as the Head's office.
Blake Studio The School's performing arts space for dance, drama, music as well as lectures, talks and special events.
Carter Norwich School's lively creative hub, the home of 2D and 3D design, fine art, graphic design, ceramics and textiles.
Norwich Cathedral A place of worship, a historic treasure, an iconic landmark. For over 900 years Norwich Cathedral has been a sacred space at the heart of our city.

St Ethelbert's Gate Dating from c1316, built to replace an earlier gate that was burnt down during riots in 1272. There is a chapel dedicated to St Ethelbert over the gateway.
Erpingham Gate Donated in about 1420 by Sir Thomas Erpingham, who commanded Henry V's archers at the Battle of Agincourt, this magnificent flint and stone gateway stands opposite the west face of the Cathedral.
The Wellbeing Garden A beautiful oasis of calm for both pupils and staff to enjoy. Home of the Garden Group's allotment and the Lowers School's beehives.
Upper King Street Norwich School's newest building, completely refurbished, features teaching and breakout spaces, including a grab and go cafe, as well as new offices and pastoral spaces. The second-hand uniform shop has also been relocated here.
Daynes Sports Centre Norwich School's indoor sporting hub in the city, including a gymnasium, cricket nets, fitness and conditioning gym and the dance studio.
Dyers Named in honour of The Worshipful Company of Dyers, a City of London Livery Company, Dyers is home to our Classics department.

Cubs and Scouts The home of Norwich School's Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers. Although closely linked to the school, these are separate organisations.
Lower School Playing Fields The playing fields host a busy programme of Senior and Lower School sport all year round including rugby, cricket, football and more. It is also the venue for the annual Senior and Lower School sports days and Gala Night.
Lower School Outdoor Education The Lower School's designated area for learning outdoors, all year round.
Reception and Lower 1 The Lower School's Reception class and Lower 1, including their beautiful outdoor play area, are situated here, next to our cricket pavilion.
The Lower School Situated in the Lower Close, The Lower School caters for boys and girls aged 4-11. Its impressive facilities and wonderful opportunities give pupils an excellent start to their Norwich School education.
