The recruitment process at JIN comprises several well-defined stages...

Steps in the Recruitment Process

What does the process consist of?

Next

Drafting the job description

Human Resources, represented by Elise, drafts the job description in collaboration with the manager or person in charge of recruitment in the team concerned. This sheet describes the missions, the skills required, and the profile sought.

Prequalification

Elise takes care of the sorting of applications and the prequalification of the most relevant profiles, before forwarding the files to the manager.

Next

Once the job description has been validated, it is published on recruitment platforms and professional networks.

First interview

The manager meets shortlisted candidates for an initial interview to assess their technical skills and fit with JIN's culture.

Second interview

Candidates who pass the practical case undergo a second interview with other managers, employees, or managers of the company, to ensure an overall assessment and proper integration into the teams.

Next

A case study is then sent to shortlisted candidates to test their expertise in a concrete context related to the position.

Final interview with the HRD

The process concludes with an interview with the HRD, Perrine, to finalize the assessment.

Communicating the decision

The manager then contacts the candidate to announce the decision, whether positive or negative. If the answer is positive, HR, represented by Elise or Perrine, drafts and sends the proposal in writing.

Next

Before sending a proposal to the candidate, the proposal (salary amount and start date) must be validated by the HRD (Perrine) and the CFO (Pierre).
