Campaigns

The video above details how to send out Messaging (Email) Campaigns for students. We'll use this function to send our personalized scheduling links to students since we do not use Navigate's native appointment scheduler.

Add Student "To Dos"

To add a to do list item for multiple students, you can either select all students or select from one of your saved lists of students (e.g. under 54 credits). See below: screenshot of "To Do List" item assignment example for Course Planning

Select "Advising" as the Care Unit for general advising meetings with current students, such as Priority Registration, Graduation Planning, etc.Select "Advising & Course Selection" for new student onboarding meetings.

Services are the new "Meeting Types" like First Semester Meeting, Priority Registration, etc. If a meeting includes more than one type (e.g. Priority Registration and Graduation Planner), you can include both!

Here you can see course history and current course progress including past due assignments if the instructor uses Brightspace (D2L).

You can find previous notes and reports in the Student's "History" tab
