will definitely be (very) likely to will probably probably won't be (very) unlikely to definitely won't
Long-haul flights will definitely become more comfortable. Digital boarding passes are very likely to fully replace paper tickets. Airlines will probably handle baggage faster thanks to new technologies at airports. Turbulence probably won’t be eliminated, since weather conditions can’t be fully controlled. Passport control is very unlikely to become completely automated. Human checks are still important for security. Visa requirements definitely won’t become less strict for some countries, as security concerns increase.
There will definitely be more services for elderly people, like home care and community centres. Elderly people are likely to use smart technology to stay healthy and active. There will probably be more social activities to help the elderly remain connected. Elderly people probably won’t stop sharing their life stories and passing on their experiences to younger generations. Elderly population is very unlikely to decrease, as people are living longer and having fewer children. Families definitely won’t stop taking care of elderly relatives. Many cultures still value looking after their elders.
I would say that extreme weather events will definitely increase, as climate change continues to affect our planet.
Countries are very likely to face more frequent heatwaves in the future due to global warming.
Sea temperatures keep rising, so hurricanes and floods will probably become stronger.
Deforestation probably won’t stop growing in the next few decades.
Plastic pollution is very unlikely to decrease significantly without major changes in production.
The destruction of the planet’s ecosystems definitely won’t stop unless we take urgent measures.
Technology will definitely create new jobs in areas like AI and robots. More and more companies are likely to offer remote work and flexible work hours to improve work-life balance. Jobs in green energy will probably increase as we move away from oil and coal. Machines will be doing most routine tasks, so traditional office jobs probably won’t be as common. Manual labour is very unlikely to disappear completely because some work always needs human workers. All jobs definitely won’t vanish because skills such as creativity can’t be fully replaced by machines.
I think new medical treatments will definitely appear as doctors keep discovering better ways to treat diseases. Healthcare is very likely to become more digital, with more online doctor visits and AI helping doctors. People will probably live longer thanks to better medicine and healthier lifestyles. Hospitals won’t probably disappear. We will still need them for emergencies and serious illnesses. A cure for all diseases is unlikely to be found in the near future, but doctors are making good progress. Technology definitely won’t completely replace doctors since a human touch will always be important in healthcare.
