The Department of Food Technology (IUFT), one of the departments of the School of Biotechnology, International University. The department delivers food technology training programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conducts scientific research and produces highly qualified graduates for the workforce and society

We are looking for a:

Full-time Lecturer

Workload:

• Teaching at least 270 periods / year
• Publishing at least 01 international sciencetific journal or relevant research

Income:

• Minimum salary VND 27,000,000
• Incentives for exceeding the teaching quota and publishing more articles than required

• Qualification: Doctor in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food quality assurance or Food Technology related fields
• English level: Equivalent to IELTS 7.0
• IT proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft offices and other software related to Food Science and Technology
• Other skills: Good communication, diligent, responsible
• Teaching or research experience in Food technology, Food Quality assurance fields
• Industrial connectivity is encouraged.

• Teaching Bachelor and Master courses as required by the Department
• Supervising undergrad and graduate students in their thesis work and other services
• Participating in curriculum building, syllabus development, and other Department tasks
• Proposing research projects and conducting research and publishing research papers
• Participating in technology transfer activities.
• Expected course(s) in teaching capacity (several in this list): Food Microbiology; Food Sensory Evaluation; Food Product Development; Food Quality Assurance; Food Laws and Standards; Food Plant Design; Food Unit Operation; Dairy Production Technology; Meat Production Technology
