Our PEA team is highly knowledgable about the disease states we focus on and how to effectively overcome common concerns COPD patients face. They are available 7 days a week for patient education and assistance.

  • Provides consistant patient contact, including welcome calls and monthly refill calls
  • Spanish speaking team and education materials available
  • Translator service available for other languages
  • Mutliple forms of communications (autodialer, texting, emails, etc.)
  • Specialty team for handling certian medications
Additionally, our clinical pharmacy team (pharmacists and interns) contact patients once they receive their first package to go over their therpaies, help set up their nebulizer, and answer any questions they have.

Tobramycin specialty

We handle tobi differently

If patients are prescribed Tobramycin, their bronchiectasis has become severe. It is important we do not delay these patients in receiving their Tobi medication, so the specialty team prioritizes getting Tobi sent on time, effectively, and completing any PAs as soon as possible. Our pharmacists go above and beyond for these patients through their tracking of education and reassessments.
