What does the process consist of?
Provisional calendar
Calendar definition: At the beginning of the year, a provisional recruitment calendar is defined based on the budgets established for each team. This schedule includes recruitment forecasts based on skill requirements identified for upcoming projects and customers. Quarterly revisions: This calendar is reviewed quarterly, but also during major changes on the business side, such as the gain of a major customer, the loss of a major customer, or in the event of employee departures.
Recruitment validation
Even if recruitment has been budgeted for, each recruitment must be validated by the Human Resources Department (HRD), represented by Perrine, before being launched. This ensures that needs are always aligned with the company's overall strategy and current priorities.
