It's important that your grid is adapted to the recruitment needs and level of the position (trainee/apprentice; junior; advanced; senior).Before using it formally, test the grid during a test interview with a colleague or GM, for example, to assess whether it works well, whether it covers the expected topics well, and whether the allotted time is respected. For a semi-directive interview, the grid is more flexible and you can adapt the questions according to the candidate's answers. For a directive interview, the grid must be followed more strictly in order to obtain uniform answers for all participants.
