Prioritize questions and plan follow-up questions
Put questions in a logical order. Usually start with introductory questions, then move on to more specific ones.Example: You can start with questions about past experiences, then move on to future expectations and finally concluding questions such as "Do you have any questions for us?". Insert follow-up or follow-up questions to expand on certain points if the answers are too vague or incomplete. Example : "You mentioned that you led a team. Can you elaborate on how you managed conflict within that team?".
