Identify themes and formulate questions

Based on your objectives, identify the main themes you'd like to explore. This could include qualifications, work experience, personality, values, etc.Example: You could have sections like "Work experience", "Technical skills", "Personal qualities", "Future projects" etc. Write questions for each topic. Questions should be open-ended to encourage detailed answers and in-depth discussion. Alternate between open-ended questions (to explore topics in depth) and more closed questions (to elicit specific information). Example: "Can you tell me about a project where you had to solve a complex problem?" (open question) or "How long have you been working in this field?" (closed question).
