🚀Navegando pelo BLABLADESK!🌌 Você está preparado para uma aventura interestelar? Vamos partir para o cosmos do BLABLADESK e nos tornar comandantes espaciais em gerenciamento de casos!
Regras
- Como começar uma missão? Duas vezes por dia, você receberá um e-mail que lhe dará acesso à missão (por meio de uma senha). Cada missão poderá ser acessada a partir deste arquivo no Genially.
- Quais são os passos por trás de cada missão? Depois de acessar a missão, resolva o enigma e obtenha o material (categoria, produto, canal...) para criar um caso específico. Crie o caso no BlaBlaDesk e solucione-o como se fosse um caso real.
- Como vencer? Você ganhará um desafio se encontrar o código final no material que utilizará para solucionar o caso (artigo na Base de Conhecimento, informações de contas, Respostas Predefinidas...).
- Envie o código final para seus capitães espaciais pelo Microsoft Forms (que você pode acessar pelo Genially).
