Mi nombRe es vania Jazmin Teodoro Hernandez
Soy alumna del Instituto Tecnologico de Tlahuac II, del grupo 1er B. Voy hablarles sobre el proceso de mi vida para poder adaptar el carácter y personalidad que tengo hoy en dia.

Tengo el cabello café igual que mis ojos, y en la actualidad es lo que más me gusta mi físico, me gusta por la forma que tienen y como e ven en el sol.
Aspecto físico
Antes mi cuerpo era muy delgado y no tenia forma,posterior entre a la etapa de la puberta y , lo cual provocó un cambio hormonal y por consecuencia tuve un cambio fisico muy notorio.

Salieron granitos crecieron los pechos, empece a menstruar y me daba mucha hambre. Lo cual causo que subiera de peso, mi familia no estaba acostumbrada a verme asi.
Tengo 17 años, siempre he sido de estatura pequeña. En la actualidad mido 1.49 cm, soy de tes morena, me gusta mi color de piel. Siento que s una manera de identificarme, aparte de que convivió con muchas cosas ya ea con el tipo de vestimenta, colores etc.
Mi falia empezo a realizar comentarios sobre mi fisico y eso ocasiono quedejara de comer o que no comiéra las porciones exactas, por lo cual perdi peso, salieron manchas, se me caia el cabello y ya no tenia fuerzas.
Me consideró una persona selectiva porque mi familia me orillo a serlo , debido a que sufria de violencia en mo hogar .
AsPECTO AFECTIVO.
Las personas que logran obtener mi confianza tienen una mejor versión de mi.
Son personas las cuales pueden obtener un abrazo mio , o algun consejo , no soy una persona la cual le guste el contacto físico y solo lo hago con las personas que se ganaron mi confianza al 100%.Mi propósito para las personas que consideró mis amigos es ayudarlos a olvidar sus problemas , a que por un momento se sientan libres y felices sin sentir culpabilidad de hacerlo.
Quiero transmitirles que no todo son las responsabilidades del trabajo , quiero que se den cuenta que la más importante es disfrutar su día a día.
A lo largo de mi vida siempre gran discursiones y adultos por lo cual es motivo de ue no me guste ser grosero ， dar golpes. Me puse el propósito de ser una mejor persona o una mejor persona de las que e visto en mi entorno.
ASPECTO INTELECTUAL
Considero que tengo mejor desarrollado mi hemisferio derecho. Tengo la habilida de poder resumir o crear conclusiones sobre diversos temas ,lo cual me ayuda a comprender de una mejor manera los temas vistos en la escuela. Puedo crear o imaginar diversas cosas, ya sean físicas o imaginarias lo cual logran que desarrolle mejor mi habilidad para dibujar tomar foros cantar y escribir poesía. Me cuesta poder retener la información por lo que se me complica realizar exposiciones porque siento que no puede explicar bien. Me cuesta ser una persona puntual , pero es un nuevo proposito que me propuse y lo estoy logrando poco a poco .
Mi familia siempre me inculcó los valores del respeto la honestidad y la responsabilidad.
ASPECTO mORAL
Me considero una persona con muy buenos valores yo siempre he pensado que todas las personas se merecen respeto sin importar su origen , lengua materna , discapacidad o color de piel.
Porque todos somos humanos Porque todos respiramos el mismo de aire y porque si quiero que me respeten yo debo respetar primero a la otra persona. Mi madre y mi abuelo me enseñaron a ponerme los zapatos del otro persona.Y es ahí donde inicia el respeto y la comprensión. Tener respeto o etica hacia mí oh hacia mi entorno provoca que mi entorno sea un lugar armoniozo y agradable.
ASPECTO ESPIRITUAL
Creo que tengo una aura muy bonita porque la gente siempre se siente tranquilo cuando están al lado mío. Busco encontrar un lugar en donde poder encontrar tranquilidad y paz. Tengo un presentimiento e intuición más desarrollados los cuales me ayudan a tomar decisiones que llegan a ser buenos y otros que me ayudan a aprender. Busco siempre conéctar mi mente con mi cuerpo para poder encontrar un equilibrio conmigo misma. .Siempre he tenido una gran fe en dio y en lo que tiene deparado para mí. Sé que dios siempre busca cosas buenas para nosotros como sus hijos. Y que tambien busca hacer de sus hijos unas personas de bien.
