  • Decrease of food.
  • Accidents.
  • Illegal hunting.
WHAT MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN.
Put linear meshes to prevent accidents. And for linxes to wear collars with trackers
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO IMPROVE
  • Illegal hunting should stop.
  • Speed limits must be respected.
  • Their habitat should not be destroyed.

CURRENT STATUS
The current population of white tigers is currently at around 200 with all of them remaining in captivity.
AS THEY WERE BEFORE
White tigers were more common in India .In 1900 and there were about 100,000 white tigers but in 1972 there were 1.827 left in the country .

FACTORS THAT HAVE CONTRIBUIED TO ITS DISAPPARENCE.

It is in danger of extinction due to excessive hunting for its skin, its tusks that are used as an amulet, and habitat loss.
WHAT MEASURE ARE BEING TAKEN
Their survival depends on awareness of and stopinbreeding,pseudo sanctuaries,and the capturing of these animals for human entretaiment.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO IMPROVE
We should no longer use animal skin for bags,coats,shoes,etc...and we should do not destroy the habitats of white tigers.
