L'Obiettivo 3 si propone di garantire la salute e di promuovere il benessere per tutti e a tutte le età. Esso si focalizza su diversi ambiti di intervento: ridurre la mortalità materno-infantile, debellare le epidemie, contrastare le malattie trasmissibili e le malattie croniche, promuovendo benessere e salute mentale. Per cercare di raggiungere quest'obiettivo possiamo mettere in atto alcune azioni: mantenere monitorato il benessere lavorativo. Implementare iniziative di sensibilizzazione contro il fumo, alcol, droghe. Promuovere iniziative di supporto alla salute mentale e psicologica. Studiare e offrire piani di assistenza genitoriale e sanitaria.

Il Goal 13 ha l'obiettivo di ridurre le emissioni di gas serra, trovare soluzioni per risolvere i problemi causati dal riscaldamento climatico e informare le persone di tutto il mondo sul cambiamento climatico e sui danni che questo provoca nell'ambiente. Quest'obiettivo è molto attuale poichè sono molti i cambiamenti climatici che si verificano ai nostri giorni come l'innondazione nel deserto del Shahara per le influenti piogge. Inoltre negli ultimi giorni vi è stata un'alluvione in Spagna a Valencia dove le vittime sono 217 inghiottite dall'acqua e dal fango a causa di piogge anomale.

L' obiettivo 14 mira a conservare e utilizzare in modo durevole gli oceani, i mari e le risorse marine per uno sviluppo sostenibile. La riduzione dell'inquinamento aumenta la resilienza ecosistemica costiera e marina e contribuisce al miglioramento della qualità dell'acqua dolce, alla sicurezza alimentare e al miglioramento della salute e del benessere umano . Alcuni accorgimenti che possiamo usare per ridurre l'inquinamento sono: - evitare i prodotti usa e getta - evitare gli sprechi d'acqua - non gettare rifiuti nel wc - non gettare rifiuti nei tombini - usare una borraccia piuttosto che bottigliette in plastica - non abbandonare rifiuti - scegliere prodotti con imballaggi di materiale riciclabile o biodegradabile.

Contribuire quotidianamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'Agenda 2030 è possibile per ciascuno di noi attraverso piccoli gesti che, se fatti con costanza e consapevolezza, possono portare a un grande impatto globale.Ogni gesto conta: con azioni semplici e quotidiane, possiamo fare la nostra parte per costruire un mondo più giusto, sostenibile e inclusivo. Per questo possiamo mettere in atto delle piccole azioni: 1 Quando possibile scegliere prodotti locali e sostenibili, che riducono l'impatto ambientale legato al trasporto 2 Privilegiare prodotti con meno imballaggi in plastica e preferire materiali riciclati contribuisce a ridurre l'inquinamento e sostiene l'economia circolare, quindi evitare di usare plastica monouso, preferire borracce e borse riutilizzabili, e scegliere alternative biodegradabili ogni volta che possibile. 3 ogni volta che si decide di camminare, usare la bicicletta o i mezzi pubblici anziché l'auto, considera anche il car sharing o l'uso di veicoli elettrici per ridurre ulteriormente l'impatto di Co2 4 elimiare ogni stereotipo e trattare le persone con rispetto, combattere discriminazioni, e sostenere le iniziative che promuovono la parità di genere e ridurre le disuguaglianze 5 contribuire a impegno attivo nella comunità, partecipare a iniziative locali di volontariato, sostenere progetti di sostenibilità urbana o semplicemente fare la raccolta differenziata. 6 infine evitare sprechi alimentari e ridurre il consumo eccessivo di risorse come acqua ed energia.
