There is a need to coordinate production orders efficiently to meet deadlines and demand.

Our solution brings clarity and precision to production planning, simulating processes to improve decisions and optimize results.

Our project consists of a production simulator, which processes information about articles, machines and their operations, and simulates the complete production flow. It offers:

  • Execution times: Detailed calculation of the execution time for each operation;
  • Production time: Total Production time;
  • Waiting times: Detailed calculation of the waiting time for each operation.
