THE STORY OF HALLOWEEN
It's origins are in Scotland. It is a Celtic tradition. Halloween originates from the ancient festival of Samhain. For the Celt, October 31st is the moment in which darkness takes the place of light. On Halloween night, disguises were an antidote against the devil. The tradition of "trick or treat" was born in medieval period. If the beggars didn't receive anything they promised bad luck and misfortune.
