I met this goal by eating both animal and plant proteins, like chicken, fish and vegetables

Conclusion

In conclusion, this 5-day program with the StartSimpleWith MyPlate app helped me balance my meals and meet my food goals for most groups. Some adjustements were necessary, but the app was a motivating tool for planning meals and encouraging good habits.
