I reached the dairy goal every day with one serving of low-fat yogurt or skim milk.
I met this goal by eating both animal and plant proteins, like chicken, fish and vegetables
I met the two servings of whole grains goal on three out of five days, choosing mostly brown rice.
I reached the goal on three out of five days.
I managed to eat at least two servings of fruit daily.

Dairy Intake : Thanks to the app's tips, I included low-fat dairy, which is important for calcium and protein.
Challenges with vegetables and grains : Vegetables and grains were harder to eat daily due to time and availability
Consistency :I was consistent with my fruit and protein intake, which is important for fiber, vitamins, and energy.
Analysis and Interpretation of the Results
Conclusion
In conclusion, this 5-day program with the StartSimpleWith MyPlate app helped me balance my meals and meet my food goals for most groups. Some adjustements were necessary, but the app was a motivating tool for planning meals and encouraging good habits.
