Jordi Roca is a renowned Spanish pastry chef, famous for his work at the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, considered one of the best in the world.
He was born in 1978 in Girona and grew up surrounded by gastronomy, first in his parents’ restaurant and later in his brothers’ restaurant.
Jordi began his career in pastry gradually, learning from Damián Allsop, a talented Welsh pastry chef.
In 1997, he took on the role of head pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca, where he has created innovative desserts that have amazed diners from around the world.
