Newsletter Week of 11/4/24

There are TWO graded assignments this week - the skills test on Wednesday the 6th and the narrative graphic organizer on Thursday the 7th. The study guide has been webmailed and is on the Class Page for the test. A review will be held in class on Tuesday. All directions and materials needed for the graphic organizer are in the lesson for that day. Please make sure you are reading ALL the directions - DO NOT just skip through to the upload page. Thank you to all learners who have worked so hard on your work the entire month of October!

What are we working on? We are finishing up Unit 2! Please be aware there are two assessments this week. We will spend class time reviewing for the Unit 2 test on Tuesday and Wednesday! As always, study guides will be sent home and be found on the Padlet along with extra practice resources. Here is the link to our Unit 2 Padlet! What are we working on? Continuing in our unit about motion, we will be learning about how simple and compound machines work. There will be review resources on our class padlet for the next quiz, which is on Monday 11/11. If you can name the song that I sing for our lessons on WORK, you can earn an extra credit point on our most recent quiz. Just send me a message in the edio chat, letting me know the song or where it's from by Monday at noon. Shoutouts for fantasitc rocket makers! Thanks for trying it out and having fun with it!
