Introduction of the case:

3 people involved : - Gypsy Rose Blanchard : 33 years old woman (22/07/1991). In her childhood, her mother abused her (mentally). She made her believe that she was deeply hill. So Gypsy organized the murder of her mother her boyfriend at this time - Claudine "Dee Dee Blanchard" : she was the mother of gypsy. She suffered of the Münchausen syndrom. She made believe the entire world that her child was sick. - Nicolas Godejonh : a young man that Gypsy met online. He was her boyfriend. And she convicted him to murder her mother.

Gypsy was known as "the fragile and sick little girl" in front of the public's eyes Dee Dee Blanchard was patholical liar and abuser of her own daughter

She wanted to be free, and they wanted to live their relationship. So they organized the murder of Gypsy's mother. And on June 13, 2015, Nicolas killed Dee Dee Blanchard in front of his girlfriend, Gypsy. After that, Gypsy started posting suspicious content on her mother's Facebook page which lead them to be suspiciousThe next day, they was arrested for murder and armed criminal action

The trial

The Media was shock to see Gypsy walking in the courtroom. Her lawyer explained that she was the victim in that story. Gypsy finally plEAded guilty in 2016 to 2nd degree murder. She got sentenced to 10years of prison in november 2016. And after 8years, She onbtained acquittal. Nicolas's trial was separeted from Gypsy's trial. He was found guilty of murder sentenced to life.
