Vampire bat wings

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, sriracha, garlic, and black food coloring if using.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through, until wings are caramelized and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot, warning your guests about their “bat wings!”
  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Black food coloring (optional, for extra spooky effect)

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. Add butter and milk to the potatoes and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare brownie mix as directed.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake according to package instructions. Let cool completely.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate into a piping bag. Draw concentric circles over the brownies.
  4. Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center outwards, creating a spiderweb pattern.
  5. Cut into squares and serve for a spooky sweet treat.
