March- new CIO RemeshH Reddy cam on board, all stakeholders met to discuss a business plan. There was a halt on the project of integratins SCC and IBP. Current- IBM ran a 10 week deep dive audit to discuss with the YETI team for 2025 plans. Two QBR's were held (Ariba and IBP). I held an introduction call with Camilla Malta (Business System Analyst) and Jon Foster (Business System Analyst) and confirmed an on site visit with the YETI team in January 2025 (projected date the week of January 13th) (next steps/asks)
