The trait I chose as most important was transparency. I chose this picture of a glass ball or bubble because those things are clear and you are able to see the full picture even though there is an object “blocking” your view. Honesty is something that is very important to me but as discussed in the article, being transparent isn't just about being honest. It's about taking the initiative to update your team and keep others in the loop even when they don’t ask.
