According to the DSM: "Bulimia nervosa is characterized by an episode of binge eating in a period, an amount of food larger than most would have in that period, lacking control during the episode, followed by compensatory behaviors that prevent weight gain at least once a week for 3 months"(Wilson 2024)

A movie about a young girl that uses binging and purging as a way to control one part of her messy life. A few of her symptoms include dizziness and bleeding gums, and passing out. Througout the movie her disorder is shown as she induces vomitting which is the main component of Bulimia Nervosa.
