We are going to do a mix of all the muscles in our body and we are doing with the method for time.

Why I selected this method and general charasteristics

I selected this method becouse I think that the class will do better if they have not time(because the for time has no-time).

A lap of the circuit(there isn´t any time).

How we explained in class, you can rest all that you want but if you rest a lot, you wil have a worst time so be careful.

Repetitions:20
Tricep dip(leg up): Sit on the floor with your hands pointing toward your toes.Bend your elbows until your butt almost touches the ground.Raise your body back up.Muscles related:anterior deltoid muscles on the front of the shoulder and pectoral muscles on the chest.

Exercises

Squat: Without arching your lower back, use your legs to lower your body. Keep your heels on the floor and your weight centered over your heels.Muscles related:glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings.
Repetitions:20
Shoulder bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and hip-with appart.Put your arms at your side and lift your hips.Hold for three seconds and return.Muscles related:Glutes, Adductor, Hamstrings and Biceps.

Exercises

High knees: Get up and run on the spot, raising your knees as high as possible. Muscles related: quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, glutes and hips.

Exercises

Sky kick: Sit on the ground with your hands pointed toward your toes.Push up until your arms are straight.This is the starting position.Alternaty kick your feet up and down. Muscles related: harmstrings.
