• Foi decidido que o Guião de Oralidade será implementado de forma gradualem todas as interações diárias, com foco em manter a autenticidade semcomprometer a consistência nas mensagens.
• O processo de integração será acompanhado por sessões de feedback paraajustar e adaptar o guião às necessidades específicas de cadadepartamento.

• Cada colaborador deverá familiarizar-se com o guião e contribuir comsugestões para a sua aplicação prática.
