Which room do you find most appealing?
If you are generally sensory avoiding when it comes to vision, you enjoy more minimalistic spaces with low lighting and doing activities with less visual noise. If you find yourself agitated or down for no apparent reason, try organizing your desk, turning off the lights, closing your eyes for a few seconds, or doing a short activity that starts with a blank page.

If you find yourself low energy and agitated, try adding some visual stimulation by looking at an optical illusion, turning up the lights, or turning on a fan. If you're feeling overwhelmed, reduce the visual noise by organizing your desk, turning off the lights, or even closing your eyes for a few seconds.
