Assumption:
Students will seek help when struggling
They may not feel comfprtable asking for help;
Students may not feel comfortable asking for help, so setting up in-class reviews and activities can help students who are struggling to understand the material better.
Set up meetings with students after a test or project;
You can also set up meetings after every test with the students to avoid single-outing one student and to understand where everyone is in your class.
Office Hours;
Make sure students understand your office hours and that you are available for any questions they may have. Hvaing these office hours available also give you some time to grad or maybe reach out to the one students who is struggling.
