  • Pruritus (itching).
  • Vaginal irritation.

50% of cases are asymptomatics.

  • Bad smelling, whitish or yellow-green leukorrhea.
  • Significant redness of the vagina and vulva.
  • Dyspaneuria.

  • Strong amine odor.
  • Off-white, gray or greenish-colored vaginal discharge.
  • Vaginal itching or irritation.
  • A burning feeling when peeing.

  • Increased vaginal discharge.
  • Painful urination.
  • Vaginal bleeding between periods, such as after vaginal intercourse.
  • Abdominal or pelvic pain.

  • Causes asymptomatic infections.

  • Fever.
  • Weight loss.
  • Abdominal pain.
  • Vaginal bleeding or discharge.

One third of patients experience painful vulva ulcers and sometimes certain general symptoms appear along with them:

  • Fever.
  • Discomfort.
  • Pelvic and vaginal lymphadenopathy.
  • Swollen discharge.
  • Pelvic pain.

Infection of the female genital tract, is usually asymptomatic.

  • Enlarged nuclei
  • Perinuclear halo

  • Eosinophilia
  • Increased cell folding
  • Shish kebab

  • Actinomyces filaments (cotton wool)
  • Inflammatory cells

  • A thick, yellowish purulent discharge
  • Formation of abscesses or fistulas
