CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Envu employees are careful to separate their own personal interests from those of Envu. We make decisions impartially, without letting opportunities for personal gain adversely affect our judgment, our job performance or our decision-making. When facing an actual or a potential conflict of interest, we are expected to disclose the situation immediately to our manager and regional legal counsel, who decide how to address the conflict. All investigation and separation of duties, policies and procedure processes are documented.
