You should use this channel for all communication with teachers.Make sure to check it often for messages from the school.

Istitutional mail

To improve communication between school and families, an istitutional e-mail account has been created for all students and parents, including who are new students this year. Each new user will have access to a protected institutional email account with the domain @istitutomamoli.edu.it. As with students' accounts, parents will need to log in via the Chrome browser to access all applications.

Logout:To log out of your account, click on the circle in the top right corner and then choose "Sign Out."

First login by computer:

  • Use the Chrome browser to log in;
  • Type "gmail" into the search bar;
  • A window will pop up asking for your username and password. Enter your username and the initial password "mamoli2024." Then, click "NEXT".

Each user has a Gmail account with an address like this:student.lastname.firstname@istitutomamoli.edu.it genitore1student1lastname.firstname@istitutomamoli.edu.it genitore1student1lastname.firstname@istitutomamoli.edu.it

Activating these accounts was the school's decision to make communication between school and families faster and easier. You don't have to request anything. Each family will have three accounts: one for the student and one for each parent.

The initial password for everyone is: mamoli2024. This is a temporary password that you'll need to change to something more secure when you first log in.

You can also access the app from your smartphone by downloading the free DIDUP Famiglia APP, available for both Android and Apple.

Didup famiglia

Didup Famiglia is a web application, accessible through browsers like Chrome or Firefox, that allows parents and students to interact with the school in a simple and intuitive way. The app keeps you informed about your child's academic progress. It's the only communication tool between you and the school.

Students have access to similar features, but with certain limitations. They cannot excuse absences (unless they are of legal age if it is allowed by both parents) or schedule meetings with teachers.

Parents can access their child's academic curriculum, track school fee payments, view absences, grades, and disciplinary notes. They can also schedule meetings with teachers, request certificates, and manage document sharing."

Scuolanext Famiglia Web is accessible by both parents and students, with different functions available depending on the user profile. For the first access, unique credentials will be sent directly to your school email address.

Didup famiglia

MEET A TEACHER

This function allows parents to meet teachers: Teachers indicate their availability in terms of dates, times, and maximum number of bookings. Parents/students can view the availability of each teacher and book an appointment. Completed bookings can always be viewed, and parents who have made bookings can cancel them. By clicking on the schedule at the bottom of the screen, you can view the schedule of available teachers. By selecting a teacher, you can see their daily and hourly availability.

The Digital Register allows parents to:

  • Check the homework assigned;
  • View disciplinary actions or school grades;
  • Excuse absences;
  • Book meetings with teachers;
  • Manage PagoPa Payments.

All parents will be provided with a document containing their unique login credentials, which will be sent to their institutional email address. The school code SG25740 is exclusive to this institution. Your first-time login credentials are a series of letters and numbers.

Once logged in, you can view the available services in the panel on the left side of the screen. Parents with multiple children in the same school can select the desired child by clicking on their name.

The login credentials for the digital register remain the same throughout the entire school career, therefore parents and students are kindly requested to keep them safe."

Upon first login, it is necessary to change the password and username. The username must be unique within the school, while the password must be at least 8 characters long and may contain numbers or letters.

To generate a payment notice, go to the payments section of the register. In the top right corner, you will see three dots. Select "Modify." Enter the amount and proceed with the payment.

voluntary contribution

The voluntary contribution is a donation that families give to the school to support extracurricular activities. The amount can vary depending on the family's financial situation, ranging from a minimum of €20 to a maximum of €100. The minimum contribution of €20 includes insurance and is essential for school trips.
