New phase:
Now that your INCUE Project has been created, you are ready to start a NEW PHASE! Start by clicking the New Phase button to begin.

Create Phase:
You have now started your first project phase!

- Phase name.
- Describe your phase.
- Phase objective.
- Start date.
- End date.
- START NOW!
Once you have clicked your NEW PHASE button, this screen will appear!

Classification of your project:
Once you have created your new phase, you will need to classify your project. (Class I-Class V)This will coenside with your ICRA Permit and the classification of the construciton project. Be sure that your ICRA Permit Classification and your INCUE projects classication match.
Upon completion, click next!

Planning checklists:
After classifying your project, you will need to fill out the Planning Checklist.
The Planning Checklist consists of your major components regarding ICRA containments indicating the safety measure than need to be taken in order to begin construction inside of a Hospital!

Planning and Install checklists:
Next is your Installation Checklists. The Installation Checklist has its own set of checklists within in. Be sure to follow these list's with accuracy to ensure safety measures are met. At the bottom of the Installation Checklist, Infection Prevention Department will need to sign off for your project to start.

When both checklists are completed, you are ready to... BEGIN CONSTRUCTION!

Sensor add:
Now is the time to add your sensors to your dashboard and name your sensors. Clicking the "Add Sensor to Phase" icon will see a list of sensors appear and you will click each one to add them to your phase. Once a sensor has been selected, you will assign each sensor their required threshold.- EX: "Differential pressure sensor's thresholds will be a range of (-0.03 to -0.05)

team add:
Following your sensors being added, we will now add our team members to the project to Build our Team. Email addresses will need to be provided and a role will also be assigned to each person. Once your team members have been added to the project, your project team should look something like this!

Documents add:
This tab is where any specific project related documents can be housed. Simply click the documents tab, click the plus (+) sign in the bottom right hand corner, and then add any documents you feel necessary. Here's an example!

main dashboard:
After the steps previously have been completed, this is what your main dashboard should look like!Sensors have been added, your team has been built, and documents have been added... You are now ready for daily operations for our project!
Moving forward, your daily tasks will be your main priority on a day-to-day basis. We will go over the importance of these on our next training deck!
