Summary
During my PCTO at "Cova Lanzoni" middle school, started during mid-May and finished on June 7th, I assisted with various tasks, including IT support, maintaining the computers by performing updates or helping teachers with their daily activities. In the presentation, I will explain the main objectives of my role, the tasks I performed, and the overall experience I had working in an educational environment.

I was responsible for maintaining the school’s computers, performing updates, troubleshooting issues, and supporting teachers with digital tools and classroom technology. Additionally, I helped manage the IT inventory and contributed to the school’s cybersecurity measures.

Daily Schedule: attend school for six hours a day, Monday to Friday.
Teachers remain in their own class creating a stable environment.
