Self-paced time report
Your responsibility: keep track of hours worked, submit hours worked each day in the Monday form and ensure your hours are added to your Central Reach, before the end of each day and pay period. Overtime is NOT approved. Employees are limited to working a maximum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Remember to integrate legally mandated breaks: 10-minute paid rest break and 30-minute unpaid meal break (see table of "Required Breaks & Lunch" in the next slides ).
All other clinicians!

Must schedule time to work on your compliance renewals: plan your 10-minute breaks and 30-minute lunch periods per state law and your current schedule in Central Reach. Report your hours: accurately report the start and end times of each break and lunch taken during the day. Adhering to these guidelines is crucial for compliance with state regulations.

All of your assigned tasks are accessible in Paylocity.

  1. Go to Paylocity: https://access.paylocity.com/
  2. Log in: Company ID: 135555, your previously chosen Username and Password , or click Forgot Password

Task #1

In Task 1, there are 2 parts. To Do 1 asks you to complete 13 modules and to download the certificates for Basic Life Support, Bloodborne Pathogens and Mandated Reporter. To Do 2 asks you to upload those 3 certificates you downloaded in To Do 1.

Attention: This task has 2 parts!

To Do 1: Modules & Download Certificates

  1. Complete the 14 training modules: total time 6.5 hours
  2. When working on the MRT, BLS, BBP modules: download the certificate after the exam before moving on to the next modules
  3. If these 3 certificates are not downloaded before moving on to the next module, you will not have access to the instructions again

To Do 2: Document Submission

Training renewals are not complete if To Do 2 is not complete

  1. Return to your self-service portal to access, Task 1, then To Do 2.
  2. Select File to Upload button
  3. Click on the required certificates to upload
  4. Make sure all 3 are: correct, renewed for this year, are the PDFs, with your full legal name
  5. Click Complete to submit
  6. Your document submission will need to be reviewed after submission

How to know you're in compliance

You will receive an email sent by the Compliance Department stating that your document submissions are approved. Look for an email with subject, "[IMPORTANT NOTICE] Compliance Renewals Marked Complete."
