- How many points is a touchdown worth?
- What is the role of the quarterback?
- What is a sack?
- How many yards must a team advance to get a first down?
- What does an interception mean?
- What is the line of scrimmage?

Postions in football
The reason football is so fun is you are able to have these moment but that comes with work and working of your craft alot
That comes with understand the play and also understanding why was I in that postion to make a play
The picture to the left shows you the basic defense/Offence with their postion labled where they would be on the field

Tackling
Form tackling is the most important thing for defenes in in football because without the right form you either aren't going to make the tackle or you are going to get hurt. This video is going to explain where to place your head and the leverage you need when you are trying to tackle someone

Catching a football also comes down to your hand eye cordination and hand placement you want to focus on caatching the tip of the ball so you hvw the most time to react and have your hands in a diamond formation but not the biggest worry as you need to be natural in the video it will give examples

Throwing a football is a big part of the game and what it is uring into and its not as easy as it looks you need to have a good spiral for wide reciver to make it easy for them to catch and for that you need the right grip, throwing action, arm alot and the releasde point in the ball all shown in the video.
route running
Route running is when your the wideout and need to catch the ball from the quater back and you need to find a way to get open. You will need to know how to release of the line and learn to get out of your breaks when your running a route. You need to bend hips, knees and ankles to be succesful and it broken down in the video in the left.

Each exericise you need to be able to practice The first thing you need to do is find a bunch or friends or just one person anyone that is willing help. now you and that partner will stand 15 to 20 feet away apart.You will start throwing and catching the football for this exercise once you start to get the hang of it start getting farther and farther to make it harder! This is the first step because the second step now you have put these 2 together and start running routes the picture to yiur left shows where the qb should be starting with the ball now each route has a number work through 1-9 and keep track of how many you complete make sure you are using the technique shown in the video.

Tackling
For tackling you will need either a tackling dummy or a person and for this next exericse you will need to practice tackling him to the ground with good technique because you need to be safe you need to make sure you are tracking the hip because for tackling you wont be right next tp each set up a rectangle with cones 5 yards across and 15 yards vertical and start 8 yards away from eachother and have the person with the ball try to make a move and have the other person make a tackle. Whoever scores the touchdown or makes the tackle wins!
