May not be recognised by all as bullying but is felt on behalf of the person experiencing it.

It can be based on power inbalance such as between line managers and direct reports or peer-to-peer.

Thrive takes allegations of bullying very seriously and we want any behaviour of this nature reported.

Bullying might be a sustained and ongoing pattern of behaviour or an acute one-off event.
