My passion for the world of bartenders began in my third year of high school in which I was able to experiment with a few drinks and experience emotions behind a bar, I immediately understood that this was my place in this job and from there on my passion and all my knowledge of the bar began.

A few years pass and it is in 1997 that an academy, the Flair Bartenders' Association (FBA), was founded in Orlando, Florida, with the aim of protecting and growing this profession and finally promoting the first competitions and competitions around the world. It goes without saying that today the world capital of flair has become Las Vegas. It is no coincidence that the 4 best flair bars in the world are located right here and they are: Carnaval Court, Shadows, Kahunaville, Red Room Saloon Roadhouse, a flair bar in London which has also recently been considered one of the best. 2008 was the year of foundation of the World Flair Association (WFA), a global association based in London, founded to standardize the style of Flair Bartending.
A form of flair has existed for at least 150 years. In fact, there is news that the first to practice this work was the famous American "professor" Jerry Thomas when in the mid-1800s he created his famous "Blue Blazer", pouring flaming scotch and water from one mug to another in a long trail fiery. However, nothing to attribute to the modern routines that have evolved from the 70s to today. To instead look for the origins of the more modern flair, we have to go back a few years from the present day, more precisely to the beginning of the 80s where some Californian guys, working in a bar and always having a lot of people inside the place, invented some movements specially designed to speed up work. The technique was surprising and effective and was therefore immediately adopted by other colleagues. This is how the technique is immediately adopted by other colleagues and will soon become a popular chain of services of this kind throughout America
