My opinion
The reason I would like to someday become a CEO is because I am inspired by the opportunity to create the future for a company and to see one's visions become reality. This is the most powerful position in the world because it is not only the company’s direction which is shaped by a CEO, but the ‘cause’ and effect on society and the market as well. Yes, there is enormous pressure and responsibility, still I am ready to accept the challenge and find the balance. To my mind, this is a great chance to make a change in the working processes and grow as well with the team.
